Plain1: Devotions: Numbers 15
Number 15:[20] Then the LORD said, “I have pardoned, according to your word. [21] But truly, as I live, and as all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD, [22] none of the men who have seen my glory and my signs that I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and yet have put me to the…

Peter Campbell’s social awkwardness!

Government cannot make people morally better by laws that interfere with nonviolent personal acts that produce no victims. Disapproving of another’s behavior is not enough to justify a law prohibiting it.

A song from Future Perfect (Me). Really fast recording with lots of mistakes. Have fun.

Caleb bought this house in 2008 and it was a lovely home. However, he left it in the hands of a few renters for a year and moved to Philadelphia with me. When we decided to move back to it, we found more than a few places where the renters had neglected it. So, it’s been 7 months of “tweeking” (haha). But also, just making it ours.

This month we will be completing that LAST two projects: the dining room + the refinishing of the main staircase.
I would have made an additional, shorter album of just “Afters,” but I dropped and smashed my Macbook almost immediately after posting this one. Sigh.

Dear Curt,
You were the best. You were quiet, but not shy. You were funny and good natured. You were generous and caring.
Thank you for so many things. I wish I could remember them all but it has been so many years. Thank you for always having the best video games. Thank you for putting up with me being rowdy with Tyffani at all hours of the night, for so many nights. Thank you for your contributions to my schooling. Thank you even for scolding me: for stealing potato rolls from your bread drawer in the middle of the night - and for that time you caught me kissing a boy in the church parking lot when I was like, twelve. Thank you for hosting my birthday parties at your beautiful pool for so many years - those days are some of my favorite memories. Thank you for our last visit this past week, and the hug and smile you gave me.
If Heaven is the type of place where people can welcome those that have passed before, I bet Marci and Pizzy and Merty are all really happy to see you. But I’m really sad you are gone. Caleb and I will miss you so much. Sharry told me that she thinks I have a “Curt” in Caleb. That was a very high compliment for us. I truly ache for Sharry. But we thank Jesus you are free of pain.
We love you. Goodnight.

This is the life Gene and I have been considering. But more with a Vintage Airstream and a Triumph motorcycle.
